Origin of the ragtime song?

Yes, I love how the music warps! It also provides a nice little reminder for when I go completely insane. Saved me earlier today. But I really do love the creepiness of it! It really give a feel of how hostile the character's world is becoming.

Another interesting thing about that trailer is that the song is playing when a very dark concept was introduced. As far as I know (which wouldn't be much, as Don't Starve is really the only survival game I've played) insanity in DS is pretty unique as far as survival games go, so it would be the first time something like this would be implemented. And yet, Ragtime, the most chipper tune in the game, keeps playing, in a trailer for how your character can now literally die from going crazy.
