Abigale vs Mole

Hello!

I really hate to play as Wendy. There's one problem, that I can't stand : Abigale is ungovernable. Yeah, I hate this, but can't tell that it's wrong: Abigale - is a ghost at least. How anyone can control her? But what I really hate: It's soooo hard to make moggles with alive Abigale! Damn! She killing my moles all the time after I hit them. It's so annoying! If developers could fix this - it would be really great!

Abby's not that hard to manipulate.  While you can't directly control her, she will always move away from you if you get close to her outside of combat.  It's probably the most complicated part of playing Wendy, making sure Abs doesn't aggro something you don't want her to.

If you want Moggles, just make sure that you position between the mole and Abby and then walk towards her to make sure she backs off.

Abigail just needs two simple changes: she shouldn't target moleworms just for existing, and she should quit the aggro if you walk away a certain distance from whatever she's attacking, or away from her.

She currently does de-aggro things by moving away but you need to be about a screen away, and against strong enemies such as treeguards and tentacles she ends up dying anyway, even if you move away. The range at which she actively stays from you and seeks you should be smaller.

I think I originally misunderstood the OP's post and thought they were talking about her killing them just by floating over them.  I would still stand by my original suggestion though, just try to do it before smacking the moleworm to give yourself enough time to grab the poor thing before Abby executes it.  If you are still having problems... you could try bringing something like a pigman over nearish the moleworms and attacking it so that Abby is occupied with fighting the pig instead of killing the mole.

There are some server-side mods that cause Abby to de-aggro at a shorter distance from Wendy or alter her behavior.  Not sure if you're playing on a server where you could get this implemented but I figured I'd mention it.

I do agree with ya'll that Abby could use some QoL changes to make her less suicidal and less of a potential liability.  I play Wendy probably 90% or more of the time and while I love her and Abby there's definitely some rough edges for what's an essential part of her kit.
