Hutt
Hi! I was trying to get rid of a white pixel outline from my characters' head when I realized that when I make changes to the exported files it doesn't always update the character in-game. I drew a big black line across the head artwork to test when it updates but whatever I do it's now stuck with the "test" artwork. (How it updated into that one to begin with I have no idea). I checked the zip file in the exported folder and it has the new changes and I deleted the "test" artwork (so it doesnt even exist) but it still spawn with that one. I also tried to just move the original samplecharacter folders into the folder but still; nothing. What's going on? What do I have to do to update the in-game artwork? Mobbstar
try to delete or rename the anim file in "anim" folder, if it wont compile then, you have probably caused a stale image reference in the project that prevents the animation from compiling again. Hutt
That worked! Thanks a lot! Just to save space: Do you know what would cause a white pixel outline? Tried checking in my art program for strays but didn't see any. RyanandLink
That's most likely your drawing, try adding a seperate layer and fill it up with a darker colour for a temporary background. You should see the white pixel outline and you can remove it with something like the eraser tool. Hutt
I already tried that and it didn't reveal anything outside the lines. I also tried making the edges more pixelated but that didn't do much.
