Mauler was doodling on a face while Fringy was making a speech. Just seemed perfect to doodle. Patches first time with Quelaag's sword. I made the mistake of testing it out on stairs which is cramped, It's a very big sword. Spoiler The trauma of being vored by Frampt. Someone told me I didn't need to use Frampt to start the lordvessel buuuuut this was a silly image I wanted to tackle. My latest commission, a shoggoth monster girl. minespatch Posted June 3, 2022 Author Share Posted June 3, 2022 I crashed yesterday. Quelaag's furysword makes me do a ton of acrobatics that it spooked me originally. It's like being a circus performer when you swing the spider-leg blade around. I got dunked on another website for using bows. Self-deprivation. Honored Madman from youtube was talking about Asimi, a cut elden ring slime character, and how you get "three women inside you" if she were implemented. The joke was so naughty, I had to give him a fanart. There's so much art of Melina and Ranni, but Honored Madman definitely deserves art, his lore videos are fun to watch. Spoiler I did a horrible mistake. I saved Solaire but dropped a item at the wrong nest. Due to leaving and re-entering the game, I lost the hat. consider this a tutorial comic. Request from @Raven Crow. She really wanted me to do the Spider-man pointing meme with my Patches and the npc. Meanwhile in my gameplay I keep doing the hug and prayer emote in front of the guy. Spoiler Depending on how you answer Patches questions, he'll give you a twin humanity. I didn't need it, I'd forgive the guy immediately. Looking at the two, side by side, my Patches looks younger. Kind of a congratulory image. My friend was well intentioned but pressuring me to boost a club my character could barely hold did not help me. It did lead to this hilarious comic. Didn't intend this to be a two part comic but the Jojo meme has been running through my mind. Had to. I made a mistake of leaving the Painted world without my weapons on. I thought it'd be cool to illustrate the horsehoof ring description. The second image was me raising a brow at one particular word since Patches seems to be a loner. Almost makes him a mercenary like in his armored core days. Before leaving the Painted World, I gave the dragon girl Priscilla a hug. I was just so happy to leave that hellhole. So yeah, my controller accidentally made me punch Patches. I had no weapons, so it could've gone WORSE. Thankfully the one punch wasn't considered a sin, so this image was just for luls. Imagining the og Patches like a father or uncle, dragging my character by the ear to the cleric of sin. My version of Patches in Hollow Knight tempting LEgeater to go to Divine. So the primordial serpent Kingseeker Frampt really likes outfits over weapons. What raised my brow is how high the Favor/Lautrec and Dingy/Anastacia sets are compared to other outfits. So... It was hard finding refs of the sun god. Defeated the sanctuary guardian yesterday. Took me a bit of time to understand its mechanics. Due to me using the eagle shield as a crutch, it felt like this. When I beaten it, Macklemore's Thriftshop was playing. I was laughing so hard. Spoiler Actual line in the game. Felt funny that since Petrus kills her, Patches(as I'm playing him) would shrug this off even if it's horrific that even happened. Defeated the Hellkite the other day. Several people told me it wasn't worth it but for me, I was so mad about being burned, I wanted it dead. So I poisoned the dragon and went on my merry way. Marvelous Chester sells me Green Blossom, so definitely a weed. Jack Skellington's skin from Oogie's Revenge. Forget how you unlock but it's a fun skin. Knight Artorias is very hard. Still trying to learn his patterns since there's no practical cheesing(crossbows but I don't want to spend the time to get more upgrades for what I have). My negotiator antagonist in Camoflauge. He's not a "Real villain" but works for the villains due to him being a opportunist. He's a bit inspired by Roger Smith from Big O and Chapman from Yuppie Psycho. minespatch Posted June 17, 2022 Author Share Posted June 17, 2022 Kalameet's battle was basically me reenacting Monty Python and the Holy Grail's "RUN AWAY" scene and then stop for a quick moment to shoot. The dev notes in the battle field felt smug to me after I took a moment to relax. I killed off Chester as a farewell to the city of Oolacile. The guy hated me anyways, so I decided to give him a piece of my mind. Spoiler I have his outfit as a trophy. Don't ever plan on wearing it again but it is a dapper outfit. Oolacile confuses me for Artorius despite me being her rescuer. Patches is bald so... I don't know how she could confuse his bald head for a ponytail. Their song "Living like a pilgrim" really fits Dark Souls(even if it's a 70's era type music). Decided to turn my art into a mini lyric video to give context. I found the anthromorphisation of Buhanka the Russian car too cute. So I thought I'd have them joyride their original car while the girls from Girls Last Tour look on. I have no clue what my favorite boss is. I just throw a random answer so I can get them off my back. When I'm done with a stage/area, I like to return to Firelink shrine to say hello to Patches and then log off. Feels comfy. Though I imagine Frampt would find me noisy. I saved Soliare and caught him depressed. I goofed around the sad boy. Saved Seigmeyer and noticed that my body was getting poisoned by the floor underneath me. Just a tad confused. Since I'm getting back into my fantasy phase(which I haven't been since 2001-middle school[dragon quest 8]), I wanted to cross paths with @Echsrick. He's drawn me before, I guess this is a debt to him for being there for me when it comes to checking my work out. Spoiler Didn't expect this rare drop, so I was really happy to try it on... minespatch Posted June 23, 2022 Author Share Posted June 23, 2022 MetalCommander found a exploit in Resident Evil 8 where Lady D could be stuck in a door. He kept jabbing her butt. Channeler Trident is a rare drop in Dark Souls where you can make your character dance. Apparently the buff can affect NPCs. So it was funny watching Patches glow while I danced. I wanted the sword but Seath's tail wouldn't stay put. I kept running around the boss. It was a silly battle. Didn't get the sword cause you have to cut the tip. Not exactly sure how these three were to interact, so I winged it. Me putting on Jake Hill's "I chose violence" cause I need a angry song sometimes to keep my head focusing. How I would react to each doorway opening in Hades. My experience with Solaire leaving me immediately after winning the end of the game and how Dark souls is a cycle with new game +. New Game + attempt at Gaping dragon. Solaire kept following me instead of fighting the dragon while I could fight from a distance. I defeated Primeval Manus the legitimate way this time. That eagle shield is really superior. I appreciate it's durability. One of my antagonists in my "City of nameless" story. Parody of the "We should improve society somewhat" meme. Patches looked like the grinning guy in the meme. A quote Rags said. Wanted to draw funeral clothes. There's a poison arrow cheese in Anor Londo. Finding out that due to gravity being my hero, I could kill the archer safely. DTIYS of a cute kitty. The maggot that Patches is wearing is supposed to be feasting on Solaire's head but since I defeated the maggot, that won't happen. After cutting the tail of Seath, I got the moonlight blade. It's quite something to fling the blade and see the lasers. One of the hardest challenges in the game is to manipulate rotating stairs and fall onto a bookshelf to get a crossbow. This summed up my reaction to winning it. Yup. Still low in intelligence. Seems to be a running gag with my playthrough. Depiction of my early victory against a black knight. Felt like something out of Loony Toons. I accidentally poked Oswald of Carim with my spear when I was trying to warp back to a bonfire. Can't use him now until the next game since he wants my head on a plate. I will not stop simping for Patches and the Eagle Shield. Eagle shield is best girl. Oswald said this and I couldn't help but imagine my character going rabid over the idea of being compared to the worst Dark Souls 1 character. It's fun to poke Lautrec's head. Based on ZeeBashew's "Augury" video. Nothing "romantic", he might actually kill Petrus. Which I intend on doing later. The first boss in Dark Souls: Asylum Demon. It was just silly seeing my tiny character looking down at the boss looking back up. During the gargoyle fights, my spear popped both their tail weapons off. I thought it'd be funny if the drops landed on me after winning. My second battle against Kalameet. Got the tail and died. Fought for five hours with the good ol' Patches block and poke method. I swear, my character is becoming "unbreakable" in ng++. Penitent One finding Hollow Knight's saving area. Me as the skeleton chair meme. I was "smart" shooting a skeletal beast in the head, only for me to lose my standing. Patches just stood there in the corner vibing. Draw this in your style art. Crow demons hold these ears. It has to do with their connection to the goddess Velka, she really likes crows. Metalcommander and mauler goofin around. Another dtiys. I like rescuing Ingward from the ghost house every time I finish four kings cause I hate him trapped in that ghost house. I heard the phrase and I gave into the temptation. I like Patches. I like Joltik. Joltik is a spider. Patches was a spider. Patches hounded by the Axis cult from Konosuba, trying to recruit him into their religion. I had to infect myself in this gameplay so I could get Eingy's pyromancies for a achievement. My third attempt at trying to cheer up solaire only to be silly. Speaking of achievements, the names really messed with my mind. The eredin discord server kept showing this meme of Rykard from Elden Ring tossing pizza happily. This was my attempt at this. Honored Madman did a video about Shrek doing the Frenzied Flame ending and it clicked to my mind. Patches line about Lautrec gave me a apophenia moment. A meme I wanted to do two months ago. Due to the mechanics of New Londo Ruins, you need to put a curse on yourself to fight ghosts. If you still have it during four kings, it ruins the fight for you and you can't fight them. There's so many characters in Elden Ring, yet people won't stop drawing those three. Youtuber Eredin interviewing Varre Eredin documenting his defeat to the Tree Sentinel. Eredin interviewing Kale's mule. Eredin defeats a turtle to see what it drops. Based on a line in the level menu. Apparently Humanity lives in the bosom, so hence the joke. I assumed Logan arrested me. Turns out the room is cursed. I finished the Knights Honor achievement. I was rushing through boss weapon crafting. Patches really cares about Greirat in DS3. If you kill Greirat, Patches tells you this. I killed Gwyndolin with the Dragonslayer bow. I had fun. I found Pinwheel around the corner and snuck up on him. Shooting him with arrows.
