I begin to overheat out of nowhere, in a jungle, with no insulating items equipped, no beard, no thermal stone, and many screen's-lengths away from any heat source. I die on day 8 as a result. WHY? TheKingDedede Posted June 15, 2016 Share Posted June 15, 2016 Most likely a bug. If it makes you feel better, a bug fix is coming to the single player version of Don't Starve. They're just trying to find and patch as many bugs as they can in one go before releasing it. Sadly, no concrete date has been said yet. I also apologize for this next sentence being somewhat off-topic, but I once left the caves when it was daylight, but the sun had gone out for whatever reason.
