I watched tutorial videos, I practiced and I finally made a Demo character just to test to make sure I got everything down. Compiled it and loaded it up on a fresh server no other mods installed but I got a popup that said the game has crashed and I must read the log notes... Now I am not good AT ALL with this sorta aspect, hell I can't even program to save my life. Muche Posted May 24, 2016 Share Posted May 24, 2016 The error [string "cannot OLDFILEACCESSMETHOD @<filename>"] means there is a syntactical error in the file and thus cannot be loaded. Check all curly brackets, there is either a missing closing one, or extra opening one. If you won't find it, attach your speech_Boo.lua file, so someone else might look at it. The only thing is the ingame sprites I worked on are not showing up? any idead what could be causing this? It could be that they are not properly referenced from your code, or they are not named as the game expects them to be named, or there was some error compiling your assets into animations. Attaching a screenshot of what is not working and whole mod (including scml project) could make it possible to provide more detailed hints.
