To open it, stand near a science mahine or alchemy engine. This is what I found: They are set to randomly drop after spending a certain time on servers. The first skin of the week drops after approximately 15 minutes of being on a server The second skin drops approximately 2 hours of being on a server after the first skin The third skin drops approximately 4 hours of being on a server after the second The fourth skin drops approximately 10 hours of being on a server after the third. The player does not have to be active in order to receive the skins, though they must open the earlier gift box to receive the next one. I have also noted, from my own personal experience that the 4th skin of the week tends to be the best drop. The first 3 tend to be "common" or "classy", my 4th one might be "spiffy" or even "distinguished" Enjoy the game! Yes, it takes longer each skin you get, but the numbers aren't set in stone. I've gotten my 3rd and 4th skins within 10 minutes of each other one time. And no, the 4th skin is not the best drop. It is completely randomized on what skin you'll receive.
