[Bug] Flooring Doesn't Prevent Flooding

In the latest update one of the new features was as follows:

• Putting down flooring now prevents floods from spawning on that tile.

I put down snakeskin rug and it still flooded. Thoughts?

@lissyzak As in the center of a puddle was on that tile? I interpreted it as preventing puddles from spawning directly on top of flooring, but that they could still expand over them.

That's what i thought also. It would take away a lot of the challenge if it completely negated flooding.

That's correct, floods shouldn't spawn on top of flooring any more but they are still able to spread onto it.

When it rains during monsoon, puddles randomly spawn on the ground. Anywhere there is flooring however, puddles can't spawn there. However if a puddle spawned outside of flooring, it can still spread to it if proper sandbag measures aren't taken.
