The issue is solved. I think it was Steam lags/bugs as usual.

I have the same issue with you. How did you solve that??? @Maris

I bought DS + 2 DLC so I'm not limited user and I have a gift DST from my friend. I can publish my mod to DS but can I publish my mod to DST ?

This is definitely a connection issue, I get it all the time on my pc since it has a bad connection to a bad network. Usually when I open Don't Starve the mod has an update available in the mods screen anyway.
