[MOD] Temperature Tuner

Allows you to tune the rate at which the temperatures of the players rise and fall using percentages (individual settings for temperature gain and loss), and change the minimum and maximum temperature caps for the players as well.

Settings Information

Temperature Increase - Can be set to a percentage between 0 and 500. 
Temperature Decrease - Can be set to a percentage between 0 and 500. 
These first two affect any changes to the temperature of the players. E.g. setting 'Temperature Decrease' to less than 100%, will increase the time it takes to freeze, and at less than 100% 'Temperature Increase' it will take longer to overheat. Setting them higher than 100%, will obviously shorten the time it takes to freeze/overheat. 

Cold Cap - Can be set to a temperature between -20 and 15, in intervals of 5. 
Heat Cap - Can be set to a temperature between 15 and 90, in intervals of 5. 
These last two simply cap off how low or high the temperature of the players can get. E.g. if you set 'Heat Cap' to 65, the temperature of the players will never get above 65, which means they will never get overheated, which happens at 70 degrees. 
NOTE: The Heat Cap setting defaults to 90, because both RoG and SW use that temperature, while DS only uses a heat cap of 40.
