Issue Title: Wigfrid's Life/Sanity Steal

Issue Description: Apparently she doesn't get life steal/sanity steal from frogs in game.

Steps to Reproduce: kill monsters that have less life than a frog (batilisk) still get life steal/sanity

Kill a frog (100 HP) get no life/sanity steal.

I believe this was intended so wigfrids stop endlessly grinding frogs all day and wind up with full stats and enough food to fertilize the world when it all rots.

Ah gotya, I mean when farming spider dens you accomplish the same thing, since cooked monster meat takes 3 health, but when killing spiders you get as much health back. if not more. 

 

Just thought it was a bug since Killing Batilisk gives me health without any repercussions other than swinging once to kill them, and the occasional drop of a wing/guano.  I think frogs are harder to farm than Batilisk but that may just be my opinion. At this rate they should just get rid of her passive when attacking animals at less than 100 hp.

 

I see the problem with the infinite meat and rot problem. However,  its hard not to have infinite meat considering the vast sources from where you can get it, ponds, swamps, spider dens, pig villages, hound mounds, molehils, etc.
