jacklul Posted December 5, 2015 Share Posted December 5, 2015 Same here, I got my first teeth somewhere before volcano season and it was just a single one, I'm currently at 100+ days and got plenty of them on the last hound attack.So it might be done on purpose, chance of teeth dropping getting higher with days survived? jacklul Posted December 5, 2015 Share Posted December 5, 2015 yea but the problem is that ill not survive till next time, what techniques did you use to deal with them?I'm playing as Webber and have a lot of spider nests around so spiders helped me early in the game, but after I got Thulecite armor, crown and club from slot machine I pretty easily started tanking them. Just remember that hounds gets easily distracted and change target to nearby mobs if you just run away from them. Gotheran Posted December 5, 2015 Share Posted December 5, 2015 This is a "problem" of sorts with Vanilla DS, only Hounds drop teeth and the regular hounds drop them fairly rarely. I think the sea hounds if they don't already should drop teeth. I haven't killed many of them so I can't really confirm.
