Not_Wilson Posted December 2, 2015 Share Posted December 2, 2015 So I was about to go sail for treasure and food, and I saw the Trawl Net in the Nautical section. It drags on the back of your boats and catches fish in it. However, once as you detach the net, it creates a dupe of itself in your inventory, and makes Don't Starve stop responding, which inevitably leads to a crash. CapyChristian Posted December 3, 2015 Share Posted December 3, 2015 Hmm, not seeing this. Were you using keyboard/mouse or a controller? Was your inventory full when the trawl net detached? Did you detach the trawl net on your own or was it detached because it was full? Are you playing with any mods? Any other steps or details would be helpful! Katalina549 Posted December 5, 2015 Share Posted December 5, 2015 My game just crashed to desktop after trying to move some jellyfish from the trawl net to my inventory with shift + click. No mods, using a mouse. It was detached because it was full. I successfully moved one jellyfish from the net to my boat, but that filled the boat. Next click crashed the game. I wasn't too heartbroken because I get to replay a few minutes, and hopefully I'll remember to detach my sail manually before attaching the net, so the sail doesn't disappear. That's a bug I've only seen happen when using items from inside the cargo boat, I believe.
