[HELP] Arm mounted backpack

Hi, I published the vault boy mod and want to know how to add an arm mounted bag. I haven't found anything like it before. Backpack should be easy but how would I add an animation of Vault boy interacting with his arm + make the pipboy show up on his arm only when it is equipped. I also want the pipboy to take up the backpack slot. Thanks.
