ban bypass?

I have a user I banned by KU ID.  He somehow managed to come back in tonight although the ID was still in the blocklist.  I then banned him by his steam ID (the numbers at the end of the profile URL).  I watched the log as he attempted to authenticate several times and was denied.  He then came in several times using different names, but same ID.  Once he logged in with the same user name four times at once (actually held a conversation with himself), even though the name was only listed once and I banned that name.  Now I am watching him repeatedly attempt to connect and occasionally get in with a different name.  I can only assume I am witnessing my first DST hack?  Is there any other way to ban this person?  I can do little more than watch him spam my server.

@MelissaH33, do a quick google search and ban the ip address, then he won't be able to connect at all with his IP. Sure he could try to go through DNS and what not, but doubt he would try to do that and if he does simply block those IP's.

@MelissaH33, no, as I said you will need to do a google search on how to ban IP connections to your server.

I dont understand how he can manage to gain access to server if he is banned from KU id. If he plays by using same steam account, how he can even gain access?
