Help with sharing mods

I've been working solo on creating a  mod consisting of 3 characters, I only have one character finished and it works perfectly on my computer, but when I zip it and send it to my friend, they un-zip it and put it in their mod folder, but the character won't work, it just crashed their game. If anyone has any advice or any idea what's going wrong I'd appreciate it, if need be I can upload the ZIP file.

That can't be it, you see I also sent it to a different computer and installed it myself, it worked fine until I hit play to select a world and it just crashed, it doesn't make sense to me because it works fine on my computer and all I do is zip it and send it. Im thinking since it is just for a few of my close friends I may be able to just transfer it via flash drive and see if that helps. Ill keep you posted

This ? If i'm right, the dimension should be a 64*64 or a multiplier (like 128, 512, etc). Don't know if it is the cause of the crash but fix it could help.

it's not the cause of the crash, and the problem here is that they have been converted to tex with the wrong settings in the textool.

the actual error is not in there, cause its not the log from right after a crash i guess.

So to be absolutely clear, all of these images should be squares that are multiples of 2 greater than 64?

it says "but compressed textures must have power of 2 dimensions". this has to do with the compression of the texture, so the game can efficiently access them. google "texture power of 2 dimension" if u are so interested in the technical background, but the only thing u have to do, is to use the right settings in the convertertool, not change anything about your image.
