Limit the amount of Spider Queens that can spawn

Too many queens can spawn from clusters of spider dens. They all start pooping out dozens of spiders that keep crawling around, and they don't despawn - the result is massive lag. I made the bad decision of basing inside of a Queen's Gathering set piece as Webber, thinking the spider dens would protect me, but instead each one of them turned into a queen and the lag became so intense that I got frozen and died to hounds.

Webber needs a serious rethink. I mainly think he shouldn't spawn with a nest, too many griefing possibilities.

 

But Queens actually eventually do wrap back into tier 1 spider dens if left alone for long enough, at least, that's what they did in singleplayer.
