Make signs work as frames

As title says.

You put an item in it, it contains it forever untill hammered. So you can use berry to mark berry farms, logs for tree farm and so on.

I like this, However.. Players may put food in there and they won't spoil, Which can be exploited, I think that just making the player say when inspecting it something that whoever built it types, Would be much better.

There is a pretty good mod for that, simple but works very well, I can't remember the name but you can search for "sign" in the workshop
