You have to re-fertilize it every 2-3 hours. Also, the more manure you use, the less effective the food is. NippleKing Posted December 23, 2012 Share Posted December 23, 2012 It's a idea that might make things too overpowered.Manure was needed so that transplanted grass wasn't too easy to hoard and adding manure will make it hoard able again.So sorry,this idea is not viable but you have the courage to post ideas in the first place and attempt to persuade the community.Also i've seen much much more "stupid" ideas.Did you know someone wanted guns and a helicopter in this game? Also, the more manure you use, the less effective the food is.There was a suggestion I made a while back about manure not speeding up growth, but rather being essential to keeping crops growing. Or simply, in order for crops to grow you had to give them manure. With how much depending on the type of crop. This went along with the idea of watering crops and extending their growth cycle(s). Why not just use that manure to make the Turbo farm plot? It takes 1.33 days to grow something on the turbo plot so why waste manure (that can be used to make more farm plots or for fertilizing replanted grass and berry bushes) on force-growing food instantly? But essentially I agree, if throwing money at real life problems doesn't solve them then throwing manure on farm plots shouldn't work either. Besides, dat Dragon fruit ain't gon' save yer life son! I guess I'm leaning even more towards not liking it. Getting to that situation means you have mismanaged your time and resources and quite clearly deserve to starve. Even if by some tragedy you lost all your food I still don't think you should have the option to throw poo at the floor until food magically appears- it just seems a bit cheap.
