It only comes with a copy of DST for you and a giftable copy of DST for a friend. (One copy is for your Steam Library, the other goes to your Inventory to gift to a friend). XaiGuy Posted February 14, 2015 Share Posted February 14, 2015 Do you think its possible that this is what is causing my compatibility issues with a friend I gifted a copy? I can play on any server and have access to all characters. She has access to one and can't get into any servers, dedicated included. Thought about getting her Don't Starve but I'm not willing to burn anymore money on a broken game. rezecib Posted February 14, 2015 Share Posted February 14, 2015 @XaiGuy, Characters are supposed to get unlocked the first time you log in to the Klei servers. So it sounds like she's having some sort of connectivity issues, maybe a firewall or antivirus blocking it, or maybe something more subtle.
