Potterzin
What does "Interval (days)", "Max Snapshots" means? How to proper configure it? Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/47071-how-to-manage-server/ Share on other sites
rezecib
@Potterzin, As you host a server it makes periodic saves that you can roll the server back to. Interval determines how often it makes those saves, and Max Snapshots is how many it will keep total. Potterzin
So I can restore the server back to those saves? Like if someone joins the server and burns everything? Ridley
If I burn everything you love and cherish, you can use the rollback feature to rewind to a day I didn't ruin. Kind of like if time travel ever worked out well in the movies. Pyromailmann
As many people have said above the "Interval" is for snapshots or backups for your world. Every 3 days, it'll backup your save. VibeRaider
To explain for those who asked...Rollback is when you roll the server back to the previous acceptable state. Like before the griefer logs on and burns your world down.
