Is there a way to view only threads you've replied to?

I want to see what's happened to threads I've made and if anyone is arguing with me yet in threads I posted in.

The only method I know of is to subscribe to the threads, that should send you a notification whenever there's a new post.

As Fu said, only by subscribing to them. You can subscribe automatically to every thread you create and reply to in Settings → My Settings → General Settings. Once there, go to Messaging & Notification → Default Thread Subscription Mode: and set it to [Through My control Panel Only ↓] (so it doesn't send you emails every single time someone replies).

Once subscribed, you simply go to [Quick Links ↓] → Subscribed Threads and voilá.

You can also change this manually for each thread when replying, in Additional Options under the message box.
