Issue Title: Blurry Graphics on Don't Starve Together and Mods not working

Issue Description: When i start the game all the text is blurry and when i join a server, all the items ingame are blurry and I cant use mods on a server, the server says it has mods enabled and it works for the host but not me.

Steps to Reproduce: Start game, blurry on the startmenu, join server, all the items blurry and mods not working.

Try going to your graphics card's control panel (separate from the game) and looking for mipmap settings. Toggle 'em

I have NVIDIA Control panel and I can't find the mipmap setting

If you have small textures on - disable them. As well as V-Sync (not sure about it)

What are the mods that you're experiencing this with, Soobie?

@Soobie, Most mods by default do not get shared with clients. If you want the same mods, you'll have to go on the workshop and use them yourself. For example, Minimap HUD, Always On Status, Display Food Values, etc-- all these mods only work on the computer they're installed on.

 

Mods that actually add items/characters and stuff, though, should be automatically activated for everyone who join (because otherwise the mod makes things that are invisible to clients).

@SethR The server im playing on only has Display Food Values and i got it on the steam workshop. It works for my friend but not me and my friend is hosting.

And btw, I fixed the blurry graphics, it was small textures that was enabled. Silly me

@Soobie, I don't think Display Food Values works for clients at all, since the actual data that it's trying to get at is stored on the server.
