I highly vote on getting Don't Starve + Reign of Giants 2-Pack asap. Best deals I've seen of Don't starve 2 pack I believe was roughly between 7-11 dollars (I got the 2-pack + the dlc (Reign of Giants) for closer to $12 US dollars earlier this year, around May? I think). As far as DST closed beta is concerned they haven't gotten to Phase 3 yet ( still on Phase 2). So, you got some time if you want to wait for the best deal or at least a decent one . And better yet you can try to get a beta key now, without buying, and gives you more time for a deal. Like currently I don't see a sale on steam or humble at the moment. In the meantime I wrote a post on a lot of the ways you can try to get a beta key here: http://forums.kleientertainment.com/topic/42723-how-to-get-a-dst-key/ Because sadly the applications for it are now closed. You mostly have to rely on getting one from someone or getting lucky on a giveaway! But! If you're good with waiting, I have a suspicion a lot of people will get extra keys and give them away later, especially, during Phase 3. Never know! I've been hoping the dev's can answer how many keys they have distributed or what rate are they passing them out, but they are probably too busy fixing things maybe. lol. Use a site like G2A because they stock up when products are on sale and then re-sell them later for way cheaper.
