However, when I've played Host I've never been able to hear my own insanity, but everybody else seems to know when I've hit rock bottom. I think it may have to do with sanity dropping normally, perhaps at certain intervals the sound is playing? I'll keep an eye on it to confirm, but it's a bit difficult without Always On Status =) EDIT: just kept an eye on it. Playing as Wilson, every 7 points my sanity dropped, I heard the sound.
