Issue Title: Whole Map Revealed

Issue Description: I was playing on a server by myself when I died to a tree guard. I logged off as a ghost, went back on a few hours later, and the whole map was revealed. There wasn't any fog of war or anything. Thanks to that I was able to find a touch stone and revive, but when I did the map reset again. I have pictures.

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Die

2. Log out as a ghost

3. Go back on the same server

4. Open the map

OPTIONAL:

1. Complete the above steps

2. Resurrect

3. Open the map

I've been able to do this as well. 

While its nice to have the whole map for a second in order to find a touchstone, yeah its pretty lame.  Also you dont reveal any map as a ghost so it gets really easy yo get turned around and lost

This still happened with me. But when I resurrected the whole map went black as in undiscovered, even the places I went to before when alive.
