 As true robinson survivalist man who lives alone in somewhere duty is getting sick with very bad sickness.

In Don't Starve this might be like slowest speed for character loosing health when moving for balance thing hunger stops because sick people don't want to eat if only sickness symptoms not very big wiling to eat:) Jumping sanity not carrying much items then more items, gets slower while stops. Dogs attacking more frequently because they smells easy meat and these birds from rog desert haunt the weak robinson.

 

Any ideas?

There is a mod called "injuries" on the steam workshop. It has rather survival-like diseases, as opposed to cheese-smelling hounds (I am still like dafuq, thanks).
