The tooltip for the corpse still shows when the tile is moused over, and prompts to interact with the corpse by dragging it still appeared when I moved an agent to that spot.Steps to Reproduce: I sniped an Enforcer way at the end of a large room with Shalem 11. I think that for any agents to show up at all, you first have to unlock them after getting enough XP, and then the one or two you didn't choose at the start of a new game may appear in these Detention missions.
