But here they are, red butts and trying to kill me in fall. Is that normal? the truthseeker Posted August 22, 2014 Share Posted August 22, 2014 Maybe my game started to bug out since last week, but I've had Beefalo NOT be in permanent heat in Spring, following the normal "mating timer." Anybody else have this? (But yes, heat is on a cycle for each herd that runs differently and spring is supposed to see them in permanent heat like the bees are always aggressive.)
