I think Wickerbottom's is probably in the same vein as Wilson's.

"Gee whizz Mr. Voice coming out of my radio that sounds swell! But I'd rather read thanks."

Then the hands grab her and that is why she calls Maxwell a rude gentleman.

Abigail was killed by Maxwell, or possibly the Shadow Watcher. I posted a thread a while back about some weird noises I heard playing as her, and somebody slowed them down. This is what they said.

"He's coming"

"Do not trust him."

"He'll be waiting in the shadows".

It was, to say the least, terrifying.

Abigail's Death= The Train crash from the puzzles.
