Mod Help (Steam Mod not showing up)

Hello,

 

I recently (today) updated my newest mod, RPG Mod, after about a week of not updating it. And apparently it is not showing up for people subscribed to it on steam. I triple checked that I followed the process for uploading it correctly.

 

Were there perhaps any changes or requirements added recently for modding? Also, I may aswell note that I do not own the DLC.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
