Shoggoth 177 Report post Posted March 21, 2014 It seems to me that the catcoons should respond to rain, whether it be retreating to their dens, becoming hostile, or some other reaction. They seem based more on domestic cats than wildcats, and most domestic cats hate getting wet.
rodoto 49 Report post Posted March 21, 2014 They seem based more on domestic cats than wildcats, and most domestic cats hate getting wet. And that's why they don't want to stay under the rain, just like domestic cats !
AdaptiveTrigger 2 Report post Posted March 22, 2014 One of my cats goes out into the rain all the time. He doesn't seem to mind it that much for some reason.

MidrealmDM 104 Report post Posted March 22, 2014 On the Subject of Catcoons Since Catcoons can be driven extinct - a way to respawn them would be nice. Maybe - Nine meat morsels, Six rope and Three Catcoon hats to make a catcoon lure.(looks like a ball of rope/yarn wrapped around fur and meat) When placed on the ground it will eventually 'grow' into a catcoon den.Like normal plants - it does not grow in winter or if it is too hotBut the catcoon lure's growth is stunted by rainfall, meaning lots of rain will slow it's growth rate Troublesome enough to not be overused (I hope) but would allow a player to preserve the species.
