Need help! Extreme importance.

So, I bought the game September 14, 2012 3:04:52 PM PDT

And played for a while.

After a couple months (3), I logged in, and noticed I don't have my game anymore, I can only play demo. Neither received a steam copy.

I would be really glad if I had help and support from you guys.

If anything, I have the e-mail I received after buying to prove I bought the game.

Have you tried restarting the game and relogging in? Sometimes it bugs out for me, logs me out and puts me on demo.

I'm seriously waiting from support of the developers.

It really feels like pre-ordering a game that will never come out and you just don't get refund.
