However, when I go to test this mod, the icon doesn't appear and the dialog doesn't work as my new character keeps saying "it's all piney". I'm 100% sure this an easy fix issue. I've been using this mod as a reference if that info is relavent --------> http://forums.kleientertainment.com/index.php?/files/file/355-doctor-wortey/In regards to the images, they need to be a power of two If you check the log it says:../mods/Zulu Tribal(Six Feet Under)/images/saveslot_portraits/zhm.tex is 120x104 but compressed textures must have power of 2 dimensions.../mods/Zulu Tribal(Six Feet Under)/images/selectscreen_portraits/zhm.tex is 188x284 but compressed textures must have power of 2 dimensions.../mods/Zulu Tribal(Six Feet Under)/images/selectscreen_portraits/zhm_silho.tex is 188x284 but compressed textures must have power of 2 dimensions. And unfortunately I wasn't able to reproduce your speech problem. The speech seemed to work fine for me. Maybe it's in a special case you're testing? What exactly does my character say when you play as him?It means you need to resize your images. So instead of 188x284, you could use 128x256.
