Briahna Posted July 27, 2013 Share Posted July 27, 2013 (edited) Pumpkin CookiesView my other recipes Ingredients:- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour- 1 tsp. baking powder- 1 tsp. baking soda- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves- 1/2 tsp. salt.- 1/2 cup butter, softened- 1 cups white sugar- 1/2 cup brown sugar- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree- 1/4 cup honey- 1 egg- 1 tsp vanilla extract- 1/4 cup dried cranberries*- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped*Directions:1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt; set aside.2. In a bowl, cream together 1/2 cup of butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Add pumpkin, honey, egg, and vanilla to butter mixture; beat until creamy.3. Mix in dry ingredients until creamy. Drop on greased cookie sheet by tablespoonfuls; flatten slightly. Top with cranberries and walnuts*.4. Bake in preheated oven for about 15 - 20 minutes.
