Cruvimaster
If other teleportation methods work, why isn't teleportation allowed with a Telelocator Staff in the underworld? Harrowick
Oh, I believe this is because the lightning strike that is called upon to teleport you can't reach the caves, as it strikes the surface above and can't pierce through the ground, causing rubble to fall. 4 1 1 Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/172183-why-doesnt-teleportation-work-in-cavesruins-like-it-does-on-the-surface/#findComment-1871872 Share on other sites

I love how there’s always some random tidbit about this game i haven’t figured out yet. 3 Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/172183-why-doesnt-teleportation-work-in-cavesruins-like-it-does-on-the-surface/#findComment-1871877 Share on other sites

Yup. Further confirmation of this is Wicker’s “the end is nigh” book, which at the surface would summon a lot of lightning strikes, and inside the caves it just causes a lot of rubble to fall. Paxtonnnn
I still find it funny that if for some reason you don’t have a single AoE option but DO have a telelocator staff, you can use it to attack Rictus by having the rubble fall on them Edited Monday at 04:45 PM by Paxtonnnn 2 Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/172183-why-doesnt-teleportation-work-in-cavesruins-like-it-does-on-the-surface/#findComment-1871900 Share on other sites
