Not sure what i am missing but Ciasteczko is constantly cold. Only dupe in my colony that is complaining about cold. But i cannot for the love of spots that arent in room temperature or summer heat ranges. The Pokeshell on the screenshot is fairly cold but its sorrounding area is +25C. No idea..

Probably hit a patch of hydrogen

Nope. Oxygen and CO2 all around 30C ~ range

I think she's bugged.

I just watched her walk through a 32C oxygen rich enviroment and suddenly she gotten the Chilly Sorroudings debuff again right after the last one wore off.

Could you take a screenshot of the Body Temperature tooltip the next time she gets chilly?

Hmm she eventually stopped being a big baby about temperature.

I did not change anything the base and water is still tropical warm.

A useful tool is on the temperature overlay.  In the box on the upper right, the third choice down is "thermal tolerance."  This will show red for areas that will warm dupes, blue for areas that will cool dupes, and so on.

There are some gasses, like hydrogen, that will cool (or heat) a dupe much more quickly than oxygen.  Also, liquids will move heat more quickly meaning that you can have a pool of water in the "green" temperature spectrum will actually cool the dupe.

There is also the possibility that the dupe was flash-frozen due to a building bug.  I'm not sure if it still exists, but sometimes a dupe that was almost trapped by a tile construction errand would momentarily be exposed to vacuum at absolute zero and they would stay cold for quite some time until they warmed back up.  I think I got the "Not 0K but Pretty Cool" achievement from that bug a while ago.

Anyway, use the "thermal tolerance" tool and check around your base and see if there's an abnormally cold spot, or a colder area that Ciasteczko may have traveled through.
