Will the Save Games be accessible on the Main Branch?

After buying the DLC will the save file created in the beta branch be playable on the main branch?

I'd say the likelihood of that being the case is 99,999%.

That's how it worked for every other DLC beta branch and release.  I see no reason it would be different this time.

Going forward, can we have this information included in the disclaimer on the startup screen? 

Suggestion:

"We will try preserving the save games created in the beta, such that these will be available on the main branch for those who buy the DLC"

What worried me was the disclaimer on the start-up screen for the beta branch, stating that access would be discontinued upon DLC release. There should not be ambiguity. ONI is a game that requires players to invest time per save file to enjoy it.
