Thing is the armor won't be niche anymore. The main reason it was niche was because was because fire damage was niche outside of the only character with a built in immunity coals change that as it's definitely a very good use case for the armor that is far from niche.

protection matters less when you can combine it with 80% protection helmet. Hard obtainable scale and no possibility to repair it is what stops it from any usage at all. With couple of changes it can become best armor for Willow ever

I was saying the 60% protection as a good thing because it uses less durability.

Scales are not even that hard to get anyway. You can either dupe them, or infinitely farm them from dragonfly if you have enough dps.

didn't fought bosses yet but let us freeze them with salty freezers. i like current design when lunar equip helps fight shadow path, like brightshade staff vs fuelweaver.

I always wanted to suggest adding scale mail to willow's affinity perks, similar to how wormwood interacts with the brightshade armor. She should have her own brightshade+ scalemail craft that combines the effects of both gears.

The alternative way of getting security pulses into the sanctum is nice, it'll help differentiate the Lunar and Shadow quest lines a little which is something I think should be focused on if the intention is to have the 2 different quest lines that you can progress as you play the game. I still think the Shadow line could do with a mini boss or something so it feels less like you kill Fuelweaver and then can immediately begin the finale, though of course I haven't seen what said finale will look like, so this could still be a possibility.

This all assumes that there's even meant to be 2 separate storylines after activating the rifts, as Klei's intention very well could be to just have the 1 storyline that focuses more on the lunar side of things, with the shadows only really getting involved towards the end of things.

I was skeptical, thinking it was a coincidence when I saw the first beta post, but now 2 bullet points in my post made it. I'm so happy that my suggestions are being considered

FMOD is used for playing sounds. Based on the error, I'd assume something's trying to play too many sounds at once, or somehow isn't clearing them properly.

it happens on launch, not during play.. so idk what sounds causing the crash
