bad luck & hiccups

we know Wes has bad luck, so is Wes more likely to experience hiccups?
when Wes hiccups, is there a sound?

whether for Wes or for all characters, hiccups could add another challenging facet to not starving:

1.  hiccups distract mobs & enemies, pulls aggro
2.  difficult to eat during hiccups, each hiccup interrupts an attempt to eat
3.  caused by eating while running? when recent average speed is high and one's luck is bad

So.. Hamlets hay fever, except instead of a sneeze it’s a hiccup attack? I could actually realistically see that added to DST or DSE… it’s happened in the franchise Before.
