This reminds me I recall back JoeW saying sometime ages ago that Walani had a realistic chance of being added to DST. This was back when Ocean was first put into the game by the way… but flash forward to 2026 and there’s no trace of her. DSE’s Water is looking absolutely beautiful with a lot of neat details.. like crabs that actually scurry off land and go under water! Hopefully my gal Walani has a chance of showing up in DSE? 🥺🫶🏻

I hope we get some new characters for this game, like a crab character since there appears to be crab people and it could explain why Pearl and Crab King exist, (unless I'm forgetting something).

Seems like the opposite. Wormwood hasn't been shown, so assume everybody stole his perk. There's no farmland anywhere.

That's what I'm thinking too, especially since they seem to have a few farming related structures near the crops which suggests this is indeed the new farming system. 

I still think he has as plausible a chance as anyone else returning, though I wonder if he may receive changes to justify everyone being able to plant anywhere. 

(i'm of the belief that at the very least the DST cast will return! It'd be sad to see anyone go, especially one as darling as Wormwood.)
