It's not +20% attack damage, but rather +20% attack speed, though, isn't it? So dmg thresholds aren't affected either way.

This isn't a 20% damage increase, it's a 20% attack speed increase. Which means it's never breaking any new thresholds, just making fights go faster overall.

i just saw people talking wigfrid and such so thats why chimed in. dps is still a better thing than general damage ups since still stuck to the threshold
