mr.wilson.BR Posted March 29 Share Posted March 29 (edited) Currently it seems that the overcharge mechanic of the circuits are completely unaffected by wetness, dealing 100 damage flat per circuit be it wet or dry when wx overcharges, i imagine this is a bug so i'd like to bring this to attention, While i'm here i might as well talk about a possible additional effect to stacking the chorusbox circuit being that with 2 of them, you'd make followers immune to the panic effect bosses have when screeching (similar to how merms are for some reason immune to it by default, which might be a bug or oversight of it's own) (it has been brought to my attention and after some testing myself, merms in fact get the panic effect as every other mob apart from merm guard does, sorry for the confusion as it has been a while since i've played the game). This would open up room for new strategies and honestly just make them actually a bit useful in combat, bunnymen and pigs are basically relegated to either farms or chopping trees since fighting bosses with them takes too many resources for them to barely scratch the bosses because they're panicking for over half of the time they're alive, if not the entire time they're alive. You're both correct, i do know for a fact that merms at some point were immune to the panic effect but now it's exclusively a merm guard's passive buff, sorry for the confusion!
