Can the Elding Spear and Charged Elding Spear be charged on generators and lightning rods to restore durability, just like the beta version of the Morning Star?

The Morning Star received a buff in the recent beta, allowing it to be charged on powered generators and lightning rods struck by lightning to restore durability. This is a great change that has significantly improved the overall usability of the Morning Star.
However, this also makes me think of another electricity-related weapon: the Elding Spear. Made from two ram horns—more expensive than the Morning Star—the uncharged regular Elding Spear performs rather poorly. Whether used by Wigfrid herself or given to other characters as a standard weapon, it simply does not compare to the Morning Star in a similar role. In the game, the Morning Star is often used to fight bosses during spring rain, such as the Bee Queen and the Toadstool, yet few players consider using the similarly electricity-based Elding Spear. This may be due to its costly materials and low durability, but the regular Elding Spear is indeed quite underwhelming before being upgraded to the Charged Elding Spear.
The Morning Star had already received a prior buff where being struck by Moongleam restores its durability, but the Elding Spear was not included in that adjustment, which I find disappointing. Therefore, I suggest that the Elding Spear and Charged Elding Spear receive the same treatment: allow them to be charged on lightning rods or generators to restore durability. This would give players an additional electric weapon option to use during rainy weather.

Elding Spear being chargeable would make the non-charged version actually useful, so... I agree that this would be a great change!

I like how much utility these types of changes have been adding to Winona also, I'm definitely on board with this

I am on board with this, always thought the unpowered elding spear was super underwhelming and a way to passively recharge it on gens/lightning rods/moongleam sparks would go a long way torwards making it an option players would consider picking up before immediately upgrading it to the charged version.

I also think the Elding Spear shouldn’t be left behind.
A skill-tree weapon made with two Goat Horns really shouldn’t be worse than a generic weapon made with just one.

Would be nice instead of the morning star breaking it would pull a "alarming clock moment" and just be a dud version until its charged again.

When im playing wigfrid i do tend to use the elding spear early game, however i only use it for its special attack as that doesnt take durability, I would love to be able to recharge it so I can actually use the regular attack early on, although I'd likely still bring other weapons when fighting raid bosses or when otherwise fighting a lot.
