Now that luck has been implemented as a mechanic, I believe we could have new items that play with that luck, like giving a use to Gloomer's Flower or Gloomer's Wings for good luck (or even bad luck because you killed Gloomer), or like the forgotten Phlegm for bad luck, new crafts to play with luck could be so nice!

If you stack up luck giving items you get higher chances of proc of luck related drops (EG tam O’shanters, beefalo horns, second fuel from normal nightmares, etc) and better chances of luck related attacks and actions (Eg: wolfgang’s one hit chop/mine, Walter’s Explosive’s rounds, Walter’s mimic band, AOE deaggro of the tail of three cats, etc)
It doesn’t seem to affect drops when the drop is guaranteed, but what you get is picked from a loot table EG: spiders have 3 possible loot, it will not affect the chances of what you get.
