O.J.Vodka
This menu is so long that I’ve been scrolling with my mouse wheel for minutes and still can’t make sense of the checkboxes. I’ve put up with this for years, and Klei hasn’t fixed it at all. Are there any mods that can fix this? gigamoi
Hmm. Could it be that the search function doesn't work with unicode characters? Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/168930-gui/#findComment-1844359 Share on other sites

I’m not referring to a search function issue, but rather UI interaction difficulties—Factorio’s implementation is exceptionally well-done as a reference. 1.In Factorio, the pop-up windows are large, displaying more content without relying on mouse wheel scrolling. By contrast, ONI’s windows are far too small. 2.Factorio’s settings feature a multi-layered interface: the second step simultaneously shows what’s inside the container and the required items for it. 3.The third step of Factorio’s pop-ups includes multiple tabs for selecting major categories, each with icon indicators. In ONI, however, these major categories are only labeled with text. 1 1 Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/168930-gui/#findComment-1844363 Share on other sites
asurendra
Factorio has, like, ten times more items than ONI. Is that complicated solution really required? 1 Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/168930-gui/#findComment-1844376 Share on other sites

Like you do on pretty much any touchscreen device. Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/168930-gui/#findComment-1844480 Share on other sites
