Relica minor all achievements is too RNG

Doing all achievements on Relica minor is FAR less consistent than any other asteroid.

You need to roll until you get a seed with a close enough teleporter to send a dupe away or you run out of food really fast, and the distribution of food plants and critters in the starting biome can be terrible and end the run very fast. My most recent attempt had ZERO lumbs (picture attached) in the starting biome and not enough plants to make up for it without having access to the teleporter. The teleporter also spawned somewhere I can't get to fast enough to prevent starvation.

All those random hallways you see me digging are me trying to find the teleporter and dig out buried objects to maybe just barely scrape by. I got a bit further than what's shown in this image and yet still ran out of food and couldn't find the teleporter in time, and even if I could it would be behind abyssalite probably so there would be no way for me to reach it.

I only had like, 2 good attempts so far, and both lost because I was trying to go the secondary planet oil route which turns out is way harder than just rolling slime molds world trait, but that in itself adds another layer of RNG to the run since slime molds can mess up some of the world gen and rolling for a decent slime mold seed is annoying.

All I ask is to please make the world generation a bit more consistent with teleporter placement and lumb distribution so that everything important to all achievement runs is reachable once the entire starter biome is explored.

Most all achievements strategies include Mush bars as first food. Relica has a lot of water and dirt, so it works good enough. 

Also it has Pacus, which is easiest Carnivore possible. You dont even need Ranching skill to start make meat. 

I can agree that having zero lumbs is not right. Not for achievements, but for gameplay itself. You may send your map to bug reports so Klei will look at that and possible fix it

I am the same it is unfun for me to hunt carnivore. so i just install easy achievement for my current colony.

Mush bars - the food every achivement colony is based on, early game.

 

Relica is one of the most easy planets to do all achivements on. Just mush them bars like your life depends on it (because it does).

 

find wild vines and build dino farms around them.

This screenshot looks suspicious. Do you have a coordinate? I just ran through 100 seeds, and the vast majority spawn 3/4 lumbs.

0(0 seeds), 1 (1 seed), 2 (6 seeds), 3 (25 seeds), 4 (42 seeds), 5 (19 seeds), 6 (6 seeds), 7 (1 seed). Using seeds 1-100, with a mean lumb value of 3.94

I don't expect you to believe me, because I just checked the seed and there are lumbs* (edited minor spelling mistake oops) now, but this seed was made a while ago so it was probably some stupid bug. PRE-C-2156409-W16UJE4-3A-8Q1U5

No idea why but there's also now lumbs in the save I had going, in which I have literally 0 Kcal of food because there just weren't lumbs before??? Like this run went to hell fast because I had no food or lumbs to kill for food and I basically rage quit and started a new one instead of dealing with it.

I had no reason to fake not having lumbs so I am just as confused as you are now that I'm revisiting this save cus of this post. I remember being baffled (and heated over it, admittedly, even though it feels silly to be now because it just seems funny in hindsight lol)

There was a bug with lumbs spawn. It was fixed shortly after DLC came out.

Honestly the part that confuses me about it is that they exist in the save I had going from this post, like they didn't spawn when I played it all the way back but now they're just there even though it's not a newly generated world.
