Filling in the remaining "empty" skill tree points

This is aimed at those remaining skill tree points that are blank - Construction 1 & 2, Improved Tinkering, Improved Strength, & Improved Farming 1

 

Quick Note: This one will require a nerf first, reducing what dupes can build to match that of the P.E.G.G.Y bots & Rovers, but it'll be a massive QoL change with minimal investment. All of the following skill tree changes still provide their respective point bonuses

Construction 1 - Dupes can construct more intricate structures (insulated tiles, airlocks, etc... as they were pre-nerf)

Construction 2 - Dupes can repair Gravitas buildings

Improved Farming 1 - Dupes gain additional chance to produce a seed on harvest (in addition to the bonus from the +2 farming provided)

Improved Strength - (Renamed to Improved Maintenance) Dupes can repair damaged buildings faster

Improved Tinkering - Dupes can empty clogged machines quicker

I’d like it if one of the construction tiers gave a dupe a “landscaping” skill, allowing them to build natural tiles out of cultivable soil.
