Annoying drying rack nerf

The update to drying racks made it so food on the rack will still spoil, so you can no longer put nearly spoiled food on it. This is a pretty significant and annoying downgrade despite the extra slots being super useful. I don't want to have to estimate how long the food will last, especially since it being raw means the window you can place it is narrower, and if it rains that will probably end up rotting it anyway.

I know the change was due to how they changed the racks to act like a storage device, but it could be changed so you can't retrieve the food while it's drying, or you could prevent it from fully spoiling unless you take it off the rack

The new rack should have been an optional upgrade and the old one should have been left alone, as usual.
