Hello, is there a way for me to accept free gift for psn region that is no longer supported?

Not too long ago PSN stopped support for the store for my region, and I cant accept free gift in store while owning the game. I am able to use plus via friend's subscription, but can't add dlc.

I really want said controller skin for boomerang :(

Bump, it's been more than two weeks since I posted this and contacted support mail.

I received no reply, status "pend" and yet my ticket is now locked for comments.

I still can't claim DLC, why couldn't this reward be a login bonus for PSN version of the game? It's not my fault PSN has blocked Russia and leaving me with error 500 each time I try to claim FREE DLC. Sony doesn't allow region change nor am I able to unlink account from Klei..

4 weeks, Zendesk ticket is no longer available, I was given no reply. Wonderful..

Made another ticket.

Edit: after making a ticket, I was finally able to log in on said support page, and ticket is available but still pending with closed replies.

Another Bump, this time with images.
This is not okay. Both tickets haven't received any sort of reply.
No comment from assigned person, and yet.
Both have closed comments with message:
"This request is closed for comments. You can create a follow-up."

At very least any sort of reply could give a hint, tell the direction of my tickets, that they were not ignored.
But this is frustrating, and I do feel ignored, I am in situation where I can't do jack manure.
I can't unlink the account, I can't add the DLC to existing account.
How much time does a ticket need to receive any sort of HUMAN answer?
"We will try to help you as quickly as possible."
It's been EXACTLY one Month since I started this.

When a ticket is filed, a response is sent with the most common replies to most issues. Players are asked to reply to that message if those resolutions do not help. If your ticket is in pending status it means that you did not reply. If you did not receive that email, that would be a separate issue that we could check out. 

In regard to the item skin, unfortunately, there is no way for us to verify ownership of the game ourselves. The only method for this way, which requires PSN access. Unfortunately, we can't do it as a platform-specific login bonus because our item system is platform-independent and we don't have a way to offer something on one platform without doing it on the other, in terms of drops. 

With that being said, it is pretty likely that a version of that skin would become available through other means (such as a resurrected skin) in the future. 

This did initiate an internal discussion on our side on how we can avoid this in the future. I know that doesn't help you right now, and we're sorry for your frustration, but we'll see what we can do.
